I'm tired, and I had stuff to say but things have changed now. I still have to go move my car to it's parking space. I declare that BJ's is an evil place (not bjs themselves, those are GOOD and right! *grins*) But I found Bring it on, the Collector's Edition *smirks* for $14 and Dude....Where's My Car and Office Space for $20 for both (again, with the full screen but beggers and such) AND I only went in there for contact lens stuff, which I almost didn't find.

OK the reasons for it kinda suck - a death in the family.
BUT

- I got to the Cape office late, and there's noone here. My boss obviously has gone to the wake/funeral for her aunt.
- There's NOONE else here either - not her daughter not the creepy other guy.
- Her granddaughter's Girl Scout Troop delivered the cookies I ordered - so I have THREE boxes of Samoas, and one of those new lemon things here ALL FOR ME. (Dude, Samoas.....*DROOLS* Maybe I'll be able to save a box for Sunday)
- Did I mention noone's here?
- It's like Spring outside. I drove to work with the window at least open. OK yes, it's cold, but not bonenumblingly so.
- I have to take a walkies to the Post Office, so I get to go out in the nice weather, and give the office a chance to cool off. It's apparant noone' been in here in at least a day, so it's a bit too warm.

THIS, my friends, is as close to a slacking, vacation work day as one gets during tax season. Today I'm going to be Ms. Thing and get a buncha stuff done. I have coffee, a Chicken Wrap thingy from BJs for when I get hungry, cookies, popcorn, and I htink I'm going to get a water when I go out.

AND I'm getting paid for it. OH and I'm going to blast music too! We've got speakers around here somewhere - I get to listen to my favorite radio feed again!

OK, I'm off - sure to be more later as I get bored.

When the cat's away.....

- I went and got my mineral water. Yum.
- I didn't need to go to post office - there WAS someone here earlier, since they must have gotten the mail. Dammit.
- I haven't eaten ALL my GS cookies, yet *squints* I don't believe at all that they are made with REAL girl scouts. *pouts*
- I have streaming media playing. I hope this isn't going to be some sort of bandwidth overage for her. I doubt it - it's DSL.
- I made an eye doctor appointment. He didn't recognize me at all, and the price has gone WAY up. I might call and cancel, and make an appointment at BJ's. I got spoiled from the great service i was used to, and this guy just isn't "doing" it for me. I must have said a DOZEN times "No I can't do it today. I need an appointment." It might get pushed out anyway, due to money. It's SUPER expensive.

Holy Crap - this is a mix of Oingo Boingo's "Dead Man's Party" one my FAVORITE Boingo songs. Whee! I'm tempted to start dancing.

No ManRay for me tonight for sure, I'm working late due to FINALLY getting working now.
