Bad bad bad girl.
If I were a dog (shaddup) I would be hanging my head in shame, tail between my legs, knowing even a Milkbone is too good for me.
but, me being human, I just grin and giggle.
I cancelled on the party I was to go to tonight. Work was surprisingly difficult. My boss brought one of her OTHER granddaughters this time, one who's had some issues and is a bit lazy, to do a project. She ran around looking at things more than she worked on her project. She kept saying "when I get home..." although I side with her a bit, since it's not due until Thursday, and she had a question or two for her teacher. She had some done, not as much as if she'd applied herself for the 6 hours but *shrug* she's 12, and just out of a rough situation. not like the one from last week, who made royal demands via notes. I don't envy HER future husband.
So, given that I didn't get a lot of work done, I'm tired, I'm grouchy, and the party was two hours away, I opted to get some errands done and come right home. One errand was getting my BJ's membership, or rather getting a new one, as I'm on my mother's bf's plan and he wasn't renewing. Then I thought "It can't hurt to look at DVD's" Uh huh. So I ended up getting Futurama, Volume 2, Underworld (Which I was thinking about returning, but not after a look at Best Buy's price. Ouch) and a two pack of Interview with a Vampire and Queen of the Damned. My only mistake - they're both Fullscreen, but for two for $18, I can live with it.
Then I went to Sally's for hair dye, only to find them firmly closed with the lights on. *boggle* Stupid store. I went to CVS for the color I wanted, in it's kit. This is the REAL color I want anyway, I'll just cut it in half and save half of it for next month. Starry Night here I come. (Hmmm, I wonder where I can buy this stuff online, since I'm not too fond of the salon style Blue/Black) Hmmmm.
Of course, while typing this, my pet shows up online and I'm sufficiently frustrated enough to commence flirting hardcore with him, in an attempt to alleviate said frustration. But, online flirting is no substitute for the real thing.

Anyway, I'm getting hungry a bit, and think I'm going to go get a burger. I'd like to be asleep at a reasonable hour, and I have new movies to watch, I'm also feeling a need to watch some Fushigi Yugi, I miss my Tasuki something awful. Or, perhaps a taste of Sesshomaru. Hmmm........
