Today's haul was better.
And I finally ditched the gift certificates!
I went to work, where I spent FIVE HOURS with the files. And I wouldn't call myself "done" I have to check with the boss, see what needs to be gone through and if anything in any of the remaining files should be purged. Plus the payroll books need to be gone through and straightened out. (As in removed from the binders, put in folders and stored, while removing all the extraneous crap that's in them. I did it once - you should have seen the stack of nonsense I threw out.) I Have paper/folder cuts all over my fingers, and hands, and won't be doing THAT again. At least the labels are done and won't need to be done again next year. And I did use almost two boxes of m,anila folders, which some evil part of me is taking perverse glee.

feline a visit, and went shopping along the way.
- Extended Two Towers (!!! YAY! BJ's in Woburn. No Buffy, or Angel tho. *pouts*)
- Duran Duran Greatest DVD (Newbury in Stoneham. You won't believe how hard I had to hunt for this, in different stores. Tomorrow I'm going to revel in the Simon-ian goodness.)
- Escaflowne Vol 1 (Newbury Heybunicula I have episodes 1-8 now, any interest in watching them? I'm trying to collect all these used, and I have three so far. I think new hunt is in order, I just need a list of stores that sell used DVD's. $15 is WAY different than $29!)
- X, Volume one (Newbury. never heard of this one, thought it was a movie. It's going to suck me in I know it. It's very long and dramatic. If this turns into another Ceres I'm going to lose it. I swear.)
- Loreena McKennitt, 2 CDs (Newbury, the ones with the Mummer's Dance, and that other one he plays at ManRay which name escapes me in my tiredness. I might return the one I bought new. I had picked all of them up, THEN found the Duran Duran DVD)
- Marilyn Manson, Hollywood (Newbury, used. I wanted it, it was there, I dunno how I'm going to feel about it. I liked the single. it was cheap. Nuff said)
- Box of Pocky (Newbury. Impulse buy. TWO packages in the box. Sheesh. From now on, Chinatown ONLY!!! Yikes)
So, I'm still looking for Buffy 4, and Angel 2, for LESS than $50, but I say Babylon 5, Season 1 tonight used and I'm thinking I Might have to go get it. The price was pretty OK. I never watched it then, so it might be nice to fill in some blanks. I'm more of a Sheridan girl, and really want Seasons one through three, but that's outta my league at the moment. Although it's very tempting to take my DVD player, and Season One of Bab5, rent a cheap hotel room and just hole up, without interruption and watch TV.

Ok, seriously, tomorrow needs to be a day of rest. As in the most hectic thing I do is my nails. I'm off to bed. Hopefully I can get to that REAL update tomorrow. I'm starting to bubble over about the Pet Ranger.
