I'm thinking I need to leave my bedroom door open, which I usually close. That should help.
The more concerning things is these, for want of a better term to describe them, "hot flashes" I get when I lie down - it was frigid in the living room and I was still hot beyond belief. BUT I'm not going to freak out, just keep trying different solutions until something works - ice on pulse points, maybe a swamp cooler with a bit of room rearranging.
