I should have just hidden today.
NOT that I mind the several offers of "PLEASE, come stuff yourself with turkey and desserts!" Because DAMN do I not cook. Especially not turkey, that needs to be BATHED for hours *giggle*

But I just don't feel like going anywhere. Nothing at all personal.

BUT - for the best I need to shower and dress. First stop Ruthie's, who is trying to remake a connection and I'd like to before her life changed with a baby soon. She's talking about it.

Then to poetman's for dinner 2 with him and S. I've been promised chocolate ice cream confection.

For the Brits - it's Thanksgiving Day, When we celebrate something or other, it depends on whom you ask. Me, it's "YAY I don't have to work!" Day. I know it should mean more than that, but you didn't grow up in my family. Usually holidays are days of fights and anger, so it's a relief to NOT deal with that happening. Anyway, I'll probably be on AIM later. I'm not doing jack except eating today.

Now, which pants to wear! Something comfy and elastic. It's just the way it is.
